This collection contains information about deceased individuals from Rhode Island as reported to the Rhode Island Board of Elections. Each record contains the name of the deceased, their last permanent address, and the death date. The records are primarily from late 2013 through 2017 with a few reported deaths which occurred prior to 2013. Death dates and the last known place of residence are important in helping genealogists identify other records created at death including obituaries, burials, notices of probate, and provide next of kin information necessary to procure death certificates.<br><br>
